This class is rep based strength training. It’s fantastic for muscle and bone strength and for reducing body pain. You work with partners or individually, the trainer provides your program, spots weights and focuses on your form. Awesome “non-gym” music provided.
Ubound

For the fun lover.
UBOUND must be experienced to be understood. It’s dangerously fun! An awesome low impact (soft on joints), high cardio, high burning, bounding experience. You don’t really notice your exercising. Come with no expectations and the possibility of feeling a bit unco. It’s advised you try this more than once to get into a groove.
